Spicy Noodle Salad

Egg Noodles
Red, Yellow & Green Peppers
Red Chilies
Sping Onions
Crushed Gralic
Crushed Ginger
Fresh Coriander
Dark Soy Sauce
Seasame Seed Oil
Seasame Seeds
Ground Turmeric

Place Boiling water on stove add Turmeric, crushed Garlic & Crushed Ginger, bring to the boil and addd Egg Noodles, cook for 10 minutes until soft, remove from heat drain into colinder and refresh, add seasame oil when cold
Slice mixed peppers, slice spring onions, then add to noodles with dark soy sauce then mix together

Roughly chop coriander & Red Chili, place noodles in bowl then sprinkle with Coriander, Chilli and Seasame seeds
