Roast Broccoli & Green Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS
Broccoli
Whole Green Beans
Red Oinons
Red Chili’s
Crushed Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt & Cracked Black Pepper

DRESSING
White Wine Vinegar
Dijon Mustard
Lime Juice & Zest
Garlic Puree
Olive Oil
Salt & Cracked Black pepper

METHOD
Cut Broccoli into florets marinate with olive oil crushed garlic aand bake in oven on 180 degrees for 12 minutes
Whole green beans boil in salt water for 1 minute drain in colinder and add to ice water
Slice Chili’s and red onions

Dressing: Whisk Oilve Oil, Dijon Mustard, lime Juice and zest, crushed garlic and salt and pepper

Combine Broccoli, Green Beans Red Onions and Chilli then drizzle over dressing

Ready to eat
