Terry’s Assorted Cup Cakes

INGREDIENTS
250g Self Raising Flour
250g unsalted butter
250g Castor Sugar
4 Eggs
4 Tablespoons of Milk
Pinch of Salt

TOPPING
250g Unsalted Butter
150g Icing Sugar
Vanilla Essence
Food Colourings

METHOD
Place butter and castor sugar in a mixing bowl and cream together, then gradually add eggs, then add in flour and vanilla essence and mix then add milk
Scoop into paper cases with ice-cream scoop set oven on 190 degrees gas mark 5 bake for 15 minutes then turn tin and bake for a further 6 minutes, remove and cool

Butter Cream cream butter and icing sugar together, then divide and add different colouring then pipe on cupcakes and decorate with 100/1000
