Chicken with Choritzo & Green Olives with a Roquette Salad

INGREDIENTS
Supreme of Chicken Skinned
Choritzo Sausage
All Purpose Seasoning
Cracked Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Crushed Garlic
Green Olives
Button Mushrooms
Baby Chard
Roquette

METHOD
Marinate Chicken breast with all purpose seasoning, garlic puree and olive oil Pan fry or griddle until brown, finish off in oven at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes remove from oven
Dice Choritzo and slice and mushrooms place in oven on 180 degrees and cook for 10 minutes
Make salad with Baby Chard & Roquette dress with Olive oil, slice Chicken in 3 then arrange on plate with roquette salad the spoon over mushroom, choritzo and green olives
