Jamaican Fried Snapper

INGREDIENTS
Red Snapper
Fish Seasoning
Black Pepper
whole Lemon
Lemon Juice
Distilled Vinegar
Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Spring Onions
Spanish Onion
Carrots
Red Pepper
Whole Pimento
Vegetable Oil

METHOD
Score the Snapper fish, then marinate in fish seasoning, Vinegar, Black Pepper
Slice Onions, Spring Onions, Julienne Carrots and Peppers, finely chop Scotch Bonnet Chilli
Put Oil in fry pan until hot, then shallow fry fish on both sides until brown
set aside, then add sliced vegetables and 5 whole pimento add a dash of vinegar squeeze of lemon flash fry for about 2 minutes

Then spoon over fish, slice 1 lemon for garnish then it is ready to serve
