Spare-rib Chops or Pork Chops
All Purpose Seasoning
Jerk Seasoning
Kidney Beans
Coconut Cream
Thyme
Scotch Bonnet Chilli
Spring Onions
White Onions
Garlic Cloves
Vegetable Oil
Black Pepper
Gravy Mix
Tomato Puree

METHOD
Season Pork with All Purpose & Jerk Seasoning

Place in Hot Baking Tray put Thyme, Crushed Garlic, Sliced Onions, Sliced Spring Onions Whole Scotch Bonnet, Tomato Puree & Kidney Beans

Pour Some water put tin foil over and place in Oven at 180 Degrees for 1 Hour

Remove from Oven add Coconut Cream more Water and gravy granules put pack in oven at 200 degrees for 15 mins to brown meat

Then remove from oven and served with steamed Rice
